SPECIALTIES & THERAPY APPROACH

Child and adolescents ~ Life transitions ~ anxiety

Saba is passionate about supporting children and adolescents through difficult life transitions, anxiety, and challenging peer/family relationships. With a compassionate lens, Saba can help identify unhealthy behavioral patterns and work with the client to find solutions.

THERAPY APPROACH

Child and adolescent therapy

Saba believes that the therapeutic relationship between her and her clients forms the foundation for a positive therapeutic journey. The theoretical orientations she utilizes most are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness interventions. By practicing unconditional positive regard, she strives to create a safe space where clients feel warmth and acceptance.

When we can talk about our feelings, they become less overwhelming, less upsetting, and less scary. The people we trust with that important talk can help us know that we are not alone.
