SPECIALTIES & THERAPY APPROACH

Anxiety ~ Depression ~ Life transitions ~ Couples counseling

Julia understands that life is often challenging and overwhelming. Julia is passionate about addressing these feelings and centering her therapy approach around self-acceptance and empathy. She is willing to help all clients navigate daily obstacles and solve long-term problems.

THERAPY APPROACH

person centered therapy

Julia uses a variety of therapy modalities, including CBT, DBT, solution-focused therapy, family systems, and narrative therapy. However, her priority is maintaining strong relationships with her clients and creating a safe space for them inside and outside of her sessions. Julia seeks to guide clients towards addressing their struggles with compassion, empathy, and unconditional positive regard.

Choosing to attend therapy is an admirable and courageous decision. I believe in incorporating both optimistic and humanistic concepts into my sessions to help clients find value and strength in themselves.
