SPECIALTIES & THERAPY APPROACH
ANXIETY ~ DEPRESSION ~ ADDICTION ~ INFERTILITY
Ranjita believes in the uniqueness of each individual and provides personalized treatment plans tailored to help her clients lead authentic lives. She employs integrative techniques and approaches from Cognitive-Behavioral, Strengths Based, Person- Centered, and Existential orientations.
OUTSIDE WORK
Outside of private practice, Ranjita works at a middle/high school in an underserved community. There, she works with adolescents struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, self- harm, and developmental disabilities.
I believe that each individual is the product of their own beliefs and experiences. Therapy is a journey, unique to each individual, and is not “one size fits all.” Working together, I help my clients identify their own goals and aspirations, and empower them to lead more meaningful and authentic lives.
