Kathleen utilizes psychodynamic, mindfulness, and cognitive behavioral therapies to help clients understand how their past experiences impact their current concerns, while simultaneously exploring methods for symptom relief today. Additionally, Kathleen utilizes the Gottman Method when working with couples to rebuild and strengthen the relationship.
